Introduction
Bitter Gourd is one of the Indians favourite vegetables. Bitter Melon also know as bitter gourd or Karela(in India). It's a unique vegetable-fruit that can be used as food or medicine. Karela is the edible part of the plant Momordica Charantia, which is avine of the Cucurbitaceae family. It's has been considered the most bitter among of all fruits and vegetables.
